1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the website located at TheLionsDenTraining.com (“the Website”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you should not use the Website. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and anyone who accesses or uses the Website.

2. About The Lion’s Den

The Lion’s Den provides faith-based athletic training, mentorship, and performance development services for athletes in the Corpus Christi and Coastal Bend area of Texas. Our services include private training sessions, group training sessions, membership programs, team training, and combine and performance testing. All training services are provided by qualified coaching staff with collegiate and professional athletic experience.

3. Age Requirements and Parental Consent

The Lion’s Den offers training programs for athletes ages 7 through 21. For any athlete under the age of 18, a parent or legal guardian must provide consent before the athlete may participate in any training program or session. By enrolling a minor in any Lion’s Den program, the parent or legal guardian represents that they have the authority to do so and agrees to these Terms on behalf of the minor.

Parents and legal guardians are responsible for providing accurate health and medical information relevant to their child’s participation in athletic training. This includes disclosing any known medical conditions, injuries, allergies, or physical limitations that could affect the athlete’s ability to safely participate.

4. Assumption of Risk

Athletic training involves inherent physical risks, including but not limited to muscle strains, sprains, fractures, concussions, heat-related illness, and other injuries. By participating in any Lion’s Den training session or program, you (or the parent/guardian of a minor athlete) acknowledge and accept these risks.

Participants are expected to communicate any pain, discomfort, or injury to coaching staff immediately. The Lion’s Den reserves the right to modify, limit, or discontinue any training activity for the safety of the athlete.

The Lion’s Den is not a medical provider and does not offer medical advice. Athletes should consult with a physician before beginning any new training program, particularly if they have pre-existing medical conditions or recent injuries.

5. Payments and Membership Terms

All pricing for sessions, memberships, and services is listed on the Website and is subject to change. Prices are quoted in U.S. dollars.

Membership fees are billed on a monthly recurring basis. By purchasing a membership, you authorize The Lion’s Den to charge the agreed-upon amount each billing cycle until the membership is canceled.

One-time session fees and per-session service fees are due at the time of booking or prior to the session, as arranged with coaching staff.

6. Cancellations and Refunds

Membership cancellations must be communicated directly to The Lion’s Den coaching staff. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. Partial-month refunds are not provided.

Individual session cancellations must be communicated at least 24 hours in advance. Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours notice or missed without communication (“no-shows”) may not be eligible for a refund or rescheduling, at the discretion of coaching staff.

The Lion’s Den reserves the right to cancel or reschedule sessions due to weather, facility availability, or other circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, sessions will be rescheduled or credited at no additional cost.

7. Code of Conduct

The Lion’s Den is committed to providing a positive, respectful, and faith-centered training environment. All athletes, parents, and visitors are expected to conduct themselves with respect toward coaching staff, fellow athletes, and facility property.

The Lion’s Den reserves the right to remove any individual from a training session or terminate a membership if conduct is deemed disruptive, disrespectful, or harmful to the training environment. In such cases, refund decisions are made at the sole discretion of The Lion’s Den.
